Electrons are Tiny
Electrons are so small that we don't even consider the mass of an electron when we find the total mass of an atom. In other words, the other parts of an atom are much, much more massive than the electrons in an atom. In fact, one proton or neutron is about 1,800 times more massive than one electron! |

All electrons have the same mass, and all electrons are very tiny. The mass of one electron is 9.11 x 10^-31 kilograms.
