Free-Fall Acceleration
An object in free fall, accelerates downward at 9.8 m/s/s. In our class, you can round free-fall acceleration to 10 m/s/s downward unless you are told otherwise. This downward acceleration can cause an object to do any of the following three things (or any combination of the three):
